Pricing
- Sabre Metals Roofing Inc. prices are subject to 14% VAT.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Customer, after placing order, must accept price before order is processed.
Payment Methods
- A credit card is charged when the order has been confirmed by the customer.
- Methods of payment accepted: Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard only, online or in‐store); Direct Deposit, Debit Card, Cash and certified cheque payments (in‐store only).
Shipping Options (for online purchases)
- In‐store pick up is available for certain products when you select at checkout. Your order will be delivered to our Coldingen location, where you will receive notification that your order/s is(are) ready for pick up. You will need to present your ID and Order Confirmation email.
- Direct delivery is also an option, the cost of shipping will be determined at post Check Out.
- With respect to roofing orders, your order will be delivered to a specified shipping address at post Check Out and price of shipping is determined based on location.
- Customer has the option to self‐pickup at the factory location for roofing orders. Factory location is Lot 13-14 Coldingen Industrial Estate, East Coast Demerara, Guyana. Contact number is 592‐270‐4118.
- All prices are final once confirmation is received from the customer.
- Transport costs must be paid in full before shipping.
Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
All items bought online are subject to the Company’s Return, Exchange and Refund Policy. With respect to custom orders, such as roofing, no refund or exchanges once the order is confirmed.
- All refunds and exchanges must be accompanied by a valid receipt or order invoice.
- Items may be returned to any branch and must be within THIRTY (30) DAYS of the purchase or collection/receipt date of online purchase.
- In the case of an exchange if the item is not available, Sabre Metals Roofing Inc will issue a store credit.
- Exchanges will be considered on non-defective items, the item must be in its original, unopened packaging and or have tags intact and be unused.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We will waive the shipping charge if the wrong item was delivered.
- If the return is due to “Buyer’s Remorse”, in other words, if you change your mind about your purchase; the return is subject to a restocking fee. The shipping charges will not be refunded.
There are No exchanges, returns or refunds on the following items:
- Items where the seal has been broken or tampered with, outside of its original packaging and has been used.
- Custom made to order goods.

Window Blinds
Conditions for Returns, Exchanges or Refunds:
- Blind must be in its unopened packaging (white box), with all relevant labels intact, free of any damages.
- All exchanges, returns or refunds must be accompanied by an invoice.
- Customers have no more than 30 days after the date of purchase to request an exchange, return or refund and must be accompanied by an invoice.
Roofing Accessories
Conditions for Returns, Exchanges or Refunds:
- All accessories must be in its unopened packaging where applicable, with all labels intact where applicable.
- Items not in any form of packaging must be returned in ‘as sold’ condition; items will not be accepted if they have been deemed used or damaged.
- Customers have no more than 30 days after date of purchase to request an exchange, return or refund and transaction must be accompanied by an invoice.
Other Products
Conditions for Returns, Exchanges or Refunds:
- Items must not show any signs of use and must be free of any damage.
- Customers have no more than 30 days after the date of purchase to request an exchange, return or refund and the transaction must be accompanied by an invoice.
